Multiple cars abandoned in driveway. The Nissan SUV has been there longer than the current tenant. They have been there for 2 years. In the past 2 weeks they towed up another car (Dodge charger) into the driveway that hasn't moved in the past 2 weeks. It's a nuisance to look at and quite frankly brings the property value down and potentially can cause rodents.

Regency Court, Apartments uses their lawn care equipment either down Henderson Street or through my parking lot to access their property on Southern Drive. Despite my repeated requests to avoid using my gravel parking lot as a thoroughfare, they continue to do so. This issue has been ongoing for several years. Notably, when I called this last time from my office landline, they didn’t answer. I had to block my cell phone number to get through. I spoke to Brittany who stated she would speak to the Lawn Care workers. I’m at a loss as to what to do, considering they likely use around six mowers when they go to mow.

Someone decided to camp on our front porch last night. This trash was not there yesterday, but it was today. The house is for sale, and we have moved out. There is also a camp set up behind the shelter in the undeveloped alley, two buildings to the north. Can our front porch please be checked after dark to ensure no one is trespassing?

AMENDMENT TO REPORT #213101 Corrected Date & Time:Friday, August 14, 2026, at approximately 1:15 p.m. (Note: The original report incorrectly stated Saturday, August 15). Incident Location:Intersection of E. 3rd St. and S. Woodscrest Drive (Bloomington, IN 47401). Specifically, at the pedestrian crossing island/triangle on the south side of East 3rd Street, crossing the pedestrian strip leading directly to the BTown Smoke Time corner (2500 E. 3rd St.). Updated Vehicle Description & Context: Color/Style: White, low-profile, highly modified sports car / sports coupe.Rear Features: Distinctive "widebody" style with very prominent, flared wheel casings sticking out over the rear tires; highly sloped, rounded trunk/rear end. The vehicle features clean, shiny paint. Potential Makes/Models: The physical features and extremely loud aftermarket exhaust strongly resemble a fifth-generation (2020+) Toyota GR Supra or a similar modified sports coupe (such as a Nissan 370Z/Z).Additional Notes: Vehicles of this high value, loud volume, and specific style are highly rare in the area. The aggressive acceleration indicates routine "show-off" behavior along the East 3rd Street thoroughfare. I couldn't see the license plate because they were speeding. They will likely be seen around town again begging for attention. Requested Action:Please route this corrected timeline and vehicle profile to the Friday afternoon Sector Patrol and Traffic Enforcement divisions. Sorry for the mix-up.

Incident Date and Time Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026 Time: Approximately 1:15 p.m. Incident Location Street Address / Intersection: E. 3rd St. and S. Woodscrest Drive (Bloomington, IN 47401) Specific Location Details: The incident occurred at the pedestrian crossing island/triangle on the south side of East 3rd Street, specifically crossing the pedestrian strip leading directly to the BTown Smoke Time corner (2500 E. 3rd St.). Description of Hazard / Incident While walking on the south sidewalk, pedestrians had already stepped off of the curb onto the painted lines of the crosswalk when the driver accelerated. Pedestrians had to stop abruptly in the middle of the street while the driver sped directly in front of them, passing mere inches from their bodies at a fast rate of speed. After nearly striking the pedestrians, the driver turned right and headed eastbound on East 3rd Street. This reckless disregard for pedestrian safety and yield signage created a severe and immediate life-safety hazard. Vehicle Description Color: White Style: Low-profile, modified sports car / Rear Features: Distinctive "widebody" style with very prominent, flared wheel casings sticking out over the rear tires; highly sloped, rounded trunk/rear end. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but looked expensive, clean paint, waxed, shiny. Other Identifiers: Extremely loud aftermarket exhaust system.

Vehicles consistently driving at high rates of speed on Winslow Rd. The detour on Rhorer Rd has exasperated this problem. It would behoove our community if there were some traffic calming measures implemented here, or actual enforcement of posted speed limits by BPD.
