There is a house next to ours and they continue to park on the grass near a deep ravine in front of our house and other houses. I have asked them to park on the pavement, but it continues. We do not have concrete curbs on our street. Also they park on both sides of the street and making it a hazard for any emergency services to get by. Also, the grass helps keep the structure of the ravine.

I'd like to report vehicles parking on handicapped parking spots without the necessary permits all the time at almost all the designated areas in the city and by the frequency of these happening, I guess there's not much of an enforcement by the city. The Walmart parking lot for instance, so far I have never seen any instance where it's not violated-ever. I hope you can do something about this. No category for 'Parking violations' so please forward this to the right person. Since 1993, when the owner moved to this address, his white truck has been parked in the driveway at 612 S Eastside Drive. As can been seen in the picture from Elevate, it was there too when this picture was taken in 2015. It definitely is 3 or more model years old. The last license sticker that can be seen on it dates from 1975. So it clearly has been in the same location, visible from the street, for more than 20 days (Code 15.04.020 (6): Abandoned Vehicle. The question is: is it mechanically inoperable? That is up to the owner to prove when you ask him to.
