People are living in the park again. There is a tent like structure blocking the stairs.
Unhoused individuals setting up tents and sleeping on this private property. this is an ongoing problem that has been reported to BPD and also Mayor's office.
No issue, just a suggestion. Please consider public restrooms and water bottle filling stations in the downtown area and along Kirkwood and/or 4th street. With so many street fairs, outdoor festivals, etc. It seems ridiculous that a thriving city such as what Bloomington is would not have these amenities for it's populous. I figure if Nashville, Indiana can have public restrooms, why don't we?
Possible homeless person in and around Sherwood Oaks neighborhood. Second day in a row this cart has been parked here. Neighbor saw a man pushing it away yesterday. But it was back this morning. This is unacceptable when there are the Crawford Apts down the street... Please investigate this. Thank you.
Abandoned truck and there are used needles on the lot from the homeless. We will get it cleaned up but will the city reimburse us??
Over the hill behind the apartment complex in the wooded area there is an abandoned campsite that needs to be cleaned out. There are needles all over the ground. The trash and an old tent have been removed but not the needles.
Transient individual asleep on concrete side path off sidewalk near intersection and cross walk. Shopping cart and all. Laid out and tweaking. Please address.
