Other: No issue, just a suggestion. Please consider public restrooms and water bottle filling stations in the downtown area and along Kirkwood and/or 4th street. With so many street fairs, outdoor festivals, etc. It seems ridiculous that a thriving city such as what Bloomington is would not have these amenities for it's populous. I figure if Nashville, Indiana can have public restrooms, why don't we?

Thank you for this suggestion. We do have temporary solutions for this during fairs and festivals (water carts and port-o-lets), and some of our newer garages, such as 4th St., were built with restrooms for exactly this reason. Vandalism has been an issue in the past, and we continue to explore how to provide facilities.
