W. Kirkwood and Rogers St intersection. The stop lights are malfunctioning. The turn signals for east and west bound traffic are triggered although there are no cars in the turn lanes.

The creates an issue because we sit there for no reason, cars idling, pedestrians unable to cross. Just mindless waste of time sitting at a red light. Lights red for all people wanting to go straight. Mind boggling that it has been like this since last spring!!!!!

The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off,please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.
