Aggressive deer. Has been hissing at us (me and children). Just jumped our fence and ran at our dog, but then turn and ran off (and jumped back over the fence). I have video of it standing on opposite side of fence and hissing/stomping foot.
Neighbor at this address has been putting out a large table of dried corn for the deer population. Every morning and evening 4-12 deer will be present. Taking the trash out a young buck became confrontational and almost charged me. I wish they would move this to their backyard or stop completely. There are many young children on the street and I do not want them to have an unsafe interaction. Thank you
Several coyotes that have started to make a home in the wooded area and field behind where I live. They have been starting to coming into the neighborhood Arbor Ridge at all different times. My neighbor had an encounter with one while walking her dog. It wasn’t scared of her and became very territorial. Usually coyotes in this area move on but never have seen them so consistently in the area I live especially leaving the field and coming into our neighborhood. There a lot of elderly folks with dogs and this could become dangerous if no one intervenes.
A very sick cat
White German shepherd running loose.
Dead deer
Baby fawn has been found alive but with a broken leg.
Coyotes seen several times in our neighborhood recently. The picture included is in the field behind our neighborhood but we have also seen them in my back yard. They approached me and my dog about a week and a half ago. We are usually seeing them at dusk and dawn.
On the Winslow Nature Trail I witnessed a squirrel being attacked by someone's dog and left injured. I did not know how to help the squirrel and was unfortunately unable to do so. Is it possible Animal Control or a rehabber could be contacted. It was badly injured and probably won't survive. It was on the trail at the bottom right hill if you go right when entering the trail from the sign post. It was in the wooded area to the right side of the trail just before it loops left to continue around. Houses can be seen through the trees in that area. I don't know how long it will survive in the heat but hope someone with training could look to see if it is still alive or could be rescued. Thank you
