Old leaning tree over the sidewalk and a few older trees with cracking limbs and branches these are on a city parcel and have been reported before after a large limb fell and broke other limbs on the trees. There is also a large tree along the street at 1003 w Cottage Grove that has dead branches on top of the tree. Along the curbs of w Cottage Grove the weeds are growing and will block the drains, there are leaves and black walnuts and gravel too.

Trees and plants encroaching too far into sidewalk. Submission address is not quite correct, I don't think it is 408's property, but it is right next to it towards the railroad.

The grate on this tree is out of place and presents a tripping hazard as it is no longer flush with the sidewalk. I tried to push it back into place and couldn’t budge it. Please see it is readjusted.
