The corner of 15th and Woodburn desperately needs a four way stop. We hear numerous near collisions daily. It is impossible to see oncoming traffic as they speed down 15th street while sitting at the stop sign on Woodburn Ave going north. Heading south, there is a better visual of incoming traffic. If not a stop sign, please look into how close to the intersection cars are allowed to park as it completely obstructs the ability to observe oncoming traffic.

Sight line to turn south on Walker Street is obstructed. Potential here to add pedestrian approach with yield signage to turn north bound. But for sure, the sight line needs addressed.

Since the crosswalks have been placed, with the school sign looking very similar from behind when heading South, it gives the impression there is a stop sign. I have been here for a year and watched 3 car accidents. The company, who is my landlord, has been there for 35+ years and said since the crosswalks, there have been 3 accidents and several close calls. I am a social worker, who works with kids. I don’t know why there is one 4 way at the sign, but not at the other end, on 8th street, that is within school/church grounds. Please bring attention to this urgently, I have a feeling something bad will happen to a child if something isn’t done here and will be saving this documentation for myself, so if something does happen, I am not liable and this is all screenshot, so you are aware and this could be held liable in court proceedings if nothing is done.

Earlier this month I witnessed a driver continue straight east on Atwater thru the intersection with Mitchell- straight into the opposing lane. This was at night and they made it several blocks before seeing oncoming traffic and moving over. I was there in the daylight today 10/22 and the exact same thing happened and they drove the wrong way from Mitchell to Arbutus. For the left turn lane from E Atwater going north onto Mitchell, could we please add a curb/ reflective bollards or a similar quick build solution here to prevent confusion? Good Morning, There are two Downtown Bloomington signs located on the north and south end of the sidewalk between College Avenue and the Justice Building at 301 North College. Unfortunately, they have lost their luster, the anchoring points are looking suspect and they are impeding the maintenance teams ability to remove snow. I believe these signs are located in the COB right-of-way and assume that there is a formal process to request relocation elsewhere. Preferably down the street in either direction. Can we get another no parking street sign installed on w 14th street between N Woodburn Ave and Madison St? There used to be one in front of the yellow duplex not sure if someone took it or it was taken out. But on game day people were parked on both sides of the road making near impossible to get through. Also during the week people park on that side of the road where its supposed to be no parking and school buses have to navigate through. Thanks for your time.
