We reviewed the location at Atwater & Mitchell and the request to install a curb or reflective bollards in the left turn area. Unfortunately, adding bollards in that spot would interfere with the normal traffic flow on Mitchell and would create new issues for vehicles using the intersection. That said, we appreciate the concern about drivers continuing straight into the two way section at night. We will review the pavement markings and visibility at this location and consider appropriate improvements to help reinforce the correct travel path.
