Unit 3345 South Oaklawn Circle has a visitor who charges car with thick cord. My Son has a deformed ankle upcoming surgery. Please ask Hoosier Choice Realty to ask renter to ask her visitor to only do this after quiet hours set by City. This is a American With Disabilities Act violation for rental units
This morning around 7:00 -7:30 while on my morning walk I had two mishaps with regard to the construction work around or near the 4th st. fire station. First, crossing Kirkwood st. A dump truck (Young construction) decided to cut me off at the pedestrian crossing at Kirkwood and Dunn st. Next, a large loader (Milestone Construction) decided to back up without looking. I was on the sidewalk all the time and was within inches of getting KIlled. I yelled very loud and the operator heard over the machine and stopped. I do not believe I should have such experiences with just a simple walk. I have noticed over many weeks that this project is a slip-shod operation with a lack of management. I can't find my klonopin. I have been sick and have people in and out . No sure who would of took them.
No sidewalk available when turning left onto 10th Street off of N. Smith Road. I often come close to getting hit by cars when walking a short-section on this part of 10th Street that has no sidewalk on either side. As a disabled person, I find this even more frustrating. Please consider installing sidewalk on the South-side of 10th Street on this section (on the back-side of the self storage facility on N. Smith Road, that may vbe seen from 10th Street). Thank you.
The City owns TWO Historic Buildings. The Waldron AND The Banneker. One serves white residents. The other serves Black residents. One is getting a $500k renovation. The other desperately needs roof, HVAC, windows, flooring, masonry and drainage repair. Recover forward should honor ALL residents of Bloomington. Black and white. Invest in The Banneker.

Someone has placed a sign that tells people about a lane closing ahead in the crosswalk. It’s on the northeast corner of the intersection.
Kilroy’s has placed a sandwich sign and tables on the sidewalk in front of the bar, narrowing the path. The tables are folded up and maybe are being used as barriers, not for dining, but they are blocking the path. Thanks.
