The house next door to ours (currently vacant and for sale) has overgrown trees that are dead and falling down. Two cars have had either broken windows or mirrors, and all cars have sustained scratches from these trees. We are wondering what can be done to take the trees down. There are two large dead trees in front of 400 S. High Street. They have been dead for more than a year. They pose a fire hazard as well as a risk of injury and damage to property should they fall.
