What a surprise, it's 517 W Howe again! Blue car 964DNT parked on sidewalk! Again! WHEN WILL THE CITY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE IDIOTS IN THIS HOUSE?

These hand rails stick into the public sidewalk - a pedestrian not paying attention could run into these or a bicyclist could really have a collision with these. In at least two places. And they have put reflective tape on them which seems to indicate past problems.
