You just spent $50000-$100,000 putting in handicap ramps and textured strips for blind citizens at the corner of Cottage Grove and Dunn. The house on Dunn, just south of that intersection, has a rope/hammock strung right across the sidewalk for four days. Should a blind person walk thru here, they wouldn't see it and would be "clotheslined"

These hand rails stick into the public sidewalk - a pedestrian not paying attention could run into these or a bicyclist could really have a collision with these. In at least two places. And they have put reflective tape on them which seems to indicate past problems.

A porta potty and a large backhoe is blocking the sidewalk and the view to see if cars are coming and school starts Wednesday so this will make it hard for walkers and for the school bus driver to see around the corner.
