With the announcement of the new park on 446/East Moore's, what are the citys plans to ensure safe and easy pedestrian and cycle access to the park? Currently, East Moores, 446, and Smith are not safe for either.

There is a patch of sidewalk in front of 3215 E Winston St that is completely eroded to gravel/dust (see attached picture). This is a safety hazard, a nuisance, and an eyesore for those walking the sidewalk and living in the neighborhood. Anything that can be done to repair this stretch of sidewalk would be sincerely appreciated!

Sidewalk work is currently happening on Laura Way and I'm wondering if the city can install a sidewalk connecting Jennifer 1063 and 1059? We have a lot of young kids on our street right now and the bus stop is right past that section. It would be nice if the kids didn't have to walk on the street during htat busy time. I think 1063 is a double lot and so the developer never finished the sidewalk. There are some trees that I don't think anyone would want to cut down, but perhaps the sidewalk can be installed a bit closer to the curb through that section? Also, I live at 1044 and we have one section of the sidewalk that is raised due to tree roots. It's unclear if they are roots from a tree on our property or roots from a tree on city property. Could the city fix that as part of this project? There is also a water hookup very close to this spot so I'm not sure how complicated this would be. It's not a terrible issue, but bumpy enough to make pushing a stroller or using a scooter a bit precarious.

Speed bumps were recently put in for traffic control on Miller. If a sidewalk were added on the north side of miller between the city depot and huntington it would connect a disjointed sidewalk and additionally slow down traffic here

I watch people walk by my house all day and worry about cars who constantly cut the corner. Today I heard a man yelling at a jogger to run on the sidewalk, but there isn't one. There is much more foot traffic in this neighborhood with the b line trail having a path right onto Bryan Street. I wouldn't mind a sidewalk going around my house

I would love to see a proper crosswalk and sidewalks added at all sides of the Rogers and Rockport intersection. I would also like to request a completed sidewalk added to the east side of Rogers between Rockport and the Switchyard Park entrance. Families from Rockport Hills and the surrounding neighborhoods often walk over to Switchyard Park and I personally have had and witnessed numerous close calls attempting to cross Rogers to enter Switchyard Park on foot. It would be great to have some sort of crosswalk added at the Switchyard entrance to aid those on foot trying to cross Rogers and enter the park. During larger events when the park parking lot fills up, there is overflow parking in the field in front of Catalent. Then a huge flow of people are forced to wait for traffic in order to essentially jaywalk into the park. It seems to me that some infrastructure improvements are needed for this area of Rogers St. to facilitate the main entrance to one of the largest parks in the city. Finally, I think it would be great to have some sort of high retaining wall built around the massive eye-sore electrical transfer station directly across from the park entrance (similar to the one built right next to the Upland Woodshop). Sidewalks on Maxwell end just before my house and I would like to request that they be extended. I have small children and we live right at Miller and Maxwell, which is an active intersection with a lot of folks turning from Miller towards my house. My kids enjoy riding their bikes, but we don't ride nearly as often because I worry about them going out into the street. I would like to request that sidewalks be extended down at least to cover my house.

There is one block of Ruby Ln (my block) with no sidewalk. Please consider converting the huge culvert that runs along the S side of Ruby from Nancy to High into a storm drain, and putting a sidewalk over the drain.
