A hole has opened up in the ditch in front of my house, though I'm not sure if it is on my property, my neighbor's, or if it is in the city right of way. It's close to the street. It's about 18" wide and a little more than 24 in. deep. I don't know if the hole extends laterally under the street or in another direction. Please lmk if you need any additional info or if I should direct this to a different dept. Thanks!

The drain coming up to my garage floor is backed up and flooding with the recent rain. I have the drain cleaned out now, but the water is still at surface level.
We have an area right next to some storm drain manhole covers where a section of ground has fallen in. This area is starting to cave in under the roadway as well.

The road has only been patched for the past two decades rather than fully repaved, and the surface continues to break down. Large amounts of loose debris wash into the storm drains during rainstorms. There is a longstanding and ongoing drainage issue affecting the area in front of 3504 and 3505 S Westminster Way in Bloomington, IN. Every time it rains, significant flooding occurs on our street, making it unsafe for residents to leave their homes and hazardous for vehicles attempting to pass through the area. On previous occasions we cad cases of drivers have become stranded in the large pool of water that forms directly in front of these properties. This persistent flooding presents a serious public safety concern for both residents and motorists. In addition, we are living with the constant fear that continued inadequate drainage may eventually result in flooding damage to our properties. Despite the recurring nature of this problem, the existing street drains have not been properly cleared or improved, and additional drainage infrastructure appears necessary to address the issue effectively. We respectfully request that the City take immediate action to investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Your people decided to put 2 large sewers in the curbs on Rose wood Dr which does no good! Now because someone at the city has decided NOT to clean streets, its even worse because all the debris is now in our street. I would appreciate for someone with common sense to help relieve this problem.
