Traffic light at Kirk wood and Adams stays on green for the west bound traffic bound traffic on Kirkwood for about 3 minutes while the other lanes back up. Especially Adams which backs up from Kirk wood to the B trail in the morning
The light going north on walnut facing 4th st turns green for less than 10 seconds. It only allows one or two cars through. This is occurring at 6 am when there are few cars on the road
The crosswalk “person” symbol does not display at the corner of 4th & Walnut.

This signal is operating as though the sensors that traffic trigger are not functioning
Hello! The intersection of 17th st and Kinser Pike has two left turn lanes each direction off 17th st turning both North and South onto Kinser Pike. The left turn green arrow does not get activated when there is only one car in either direction. I've seen it not get activated when there two cars. These left turns are dangerous for many reasons. This is the crest of a hill and they are basically blind turns when making a left and traffic generally speeds through this intersection very fast. If the left turn green arrow is not activated and there is someone else sitting in the opposite left turn lane facing us, there is no way to see what cars are coming without inching our front ends into the lane hoping we don't get hit and then proceeding with the aforementioned blind turn. I'm asking that the City of Bloomington make the left turn signal green arrows turning off of 17th onto Kinser Pike in both the North and South direction be activated with only one car in the lane. Please make this intersection much less dangerous and precarious for the residents of Bloomington. Gratefully! Mike Stribling mikestribling@hotmail.com
YIELD sign on Adams as you are going north on Adams and preparing to turn east on Kirkwood is facing AWAY from the street. It is facing the cemetery and there is no cemetery exit at that location. This sign should be turned so it faces the oncoming traffic-- vehicles going north on Adams and turning right on Kirkwood.
Light stays on even though no traffic is coming as you head west on Kirkwood. Does not seem to be activating based on traffic. The corner of Adams and Kirkwood
The crosswalk at 10th St. & Fee Ln is not working properly, and this is not related to building construction. Several weeks ago, the signal stopped allowing protected pedestrian right-of-way to pedestrians crossing 10th Street. The crosswalk button ceased functioning at the same time. This has been reported previously and it has not been resolved. Meanwhile, hundreds of people are daily risking their lives to cross the street, while being conditioned to ignore crosswalk signals.
