The traffic light should have a flashing yellow to turn on hence the sign next to the light. It never flashes yellow any more. Something happened and it only ever turns green then red. It is making late to work please fix this!!!!!!

Light to turn into Walmart gets backed up really fast. Light doesn't flash yellow anymore to allow cars to go when there's no oncoming traffic.

The pedestrian signal on the north side of the intersection of 3rd and Walnut appears to not be working. Typically a white pedestrian signal appears but it is not happening at this location. It is the signal for when you are crossing on the north side of the intersection from west to east.
