S. Walnut Street Pike southbound traffic light at Rhorer Rd always goes green including a green left arrow (with no cars turning) even when multiple cars are waiting to go at the other side of the intersection, northbound on Walnut Street Pike.
Northbound Walnut left turn arrow for Grimes is staying green for 30 seconds during non-peak times when there is just one vehicle turning.
The traffic light is completely out, not flashing or anything. and it's a busy intersection.
Green light at rockport and tapp is out.
Light at country club and Rogers no working for eastbound.
One more signal seems to be reset back to original settings.
The timing of the light at college mall rd and E 3rdst is such that persons traveling east on 3rd st can’t make it through the light because the traffic turning left onto south college mall rd blocks the intersection. I waited through more than 5 lights tonight.
Hello! The intersection of 17th st and Kinser Pike has two left turn lanes each direction off 17th st turning both North and South onto Kinser Pike. The left turn green arrow does not get activated when there is only one car in either direction. I've seen it not get activated when there two cars. These left turns are dangerous for many reasons. This is the crest of a hill and they are basically blind turns when making a left and traffic generally speeds through this intersection very fast. If the left turn green arrow is not activated and there is someone else sitting in the opposite left turn lane facing us, there is no way to see what cars are coming without inching our front ends into the lane hoping we don't get hit and then proceeding with the aforementioned blind turn. I'm asking that the City of Bloomington make the left turn signal green arrows turning off of 17th onto Kinser Pike in both the North and South direction be activated with only one car in the lane. Please make this intersection much less dangerous and precarious for the residents of Bloomington. Gratefully! Mike Stribling [email protected]
Red light out on right side of pole at intersection of N. Adams and Kirkwood/W.3rd. Light for northbound traffic onto Adams from 3rd.
I'm assuming you're aware of this and repair is in progress, but just in case, the South Walnut and Grimes traffic light continues to cycle green when there are no vehicles in the northbound left turn lane and when there are no vehicles from either direction stopped on Grimes.
