Hey Neil, Thanks a lot! It's heartwarming that you're looking into it, aging equipment not withstanding. Re: Kirkwood/Walnut...if you're in front of the Book Corner, or across from it in front of the Courthouse trying to get to the Book Corner corner, and it's you've just this second gotten the green pedestrian sign, you will not make it across during the green hand (or whatever the symbol is). Never. I'm really healthy and I can't get across before the pedestrian sign changes and opens up the car traffic. Turning cars are not inclined to watch pedestrians, they're distracted by oncoming traffic and timing their own turns. Thus, squashed pedestrian. Kind of you to take an interest, Neil. The turn lights/arrows have been non-functional for months causing many close calls between pedestrians and vehicles, also causing back ups onto law lane where some people end up stopping on the railroad tracks. Please find a way to get these functional again, I'm afraid someone will be injured. Thank You

This morning when I came through Bloomington, the traffic signals on College Ave from 6th to 3rd Streets were totally out of sync and I got stopped at a red light for a full cycle at each light.

It would be really nice to have a traffic light put at the intersection of Dillman Road & Old SR37. This intersection is horrible & I have about had many wrecks there just trying to pull out

WB traffic from Mall parking lot not given GREEN signal for straight & right turns; left turn signal functioning. N, S & E bound traffic functions normally, just no WB given Green light. Sat through 3 cycles at approx. 7:00pm.
