A year ago the fire hydrant on the north west corner of my lot was changed out for another one and 4 squares of concrete were taken out and replaced. No one came back to d repair the damage done to the lawn and fill in with dirt and plant grass. There is an 8-10 inch drop off the edge of the sidewalk where someone could break their ankle if they fell off the sidewalk. The fire hydrant is unusually tall as it stands on top of a giant pipe that sticks out of the ground 10-12 inches. I don’t believe this was some of your best work.

Hello I’m researching possibly pouring a concrete slab out my back door & I have a couple questions that I hope will help get me going in the right direction. 1. Who do I need to contact regarding this to get started? The city/county? The HOA? 2. My back door is close to the property line & a large drain. How big could a concrete slab be? Our office received a call from an individual who reported an issue with a fire hydrant at the address listed. He says he tripped over it and believes it is not up to city code.

There was a water main break at my address a few months back. Utilities had to dig in my front yard to replace the pipe. I assumed that someone would come back to fill the dirt in, but no one ever came. I have a five-year-old child and it's a dangerous spot. Please send someone to take a look at it and fill the dirt back in.

The lid to our water meter is not bolted down. while mowing last week, i stepped on the lid while turning the mower around and nearly fell in because it's not attached and was laying on top of the canister crooked. it appears to be very rusty. Please have someone check into this. I don't want the lid just sitting there unbolted. it's dangerous when someone steps on it the way it currently is.
