Ticket #215083 was closed because it said the trailer full of hazardous garbage was no longer in the location. This is factually incorrect, so I've included a picture. This trailer full of gasoline and dry leaves has been here for a week. The owner of 2113 put it here. He has been asked multiple times to remove it, but he has not. His property (2113) is not included on the road easement. This is a danger and a nuisance to me, my family, and my neighbors.

There remains a trailer full of dry leaves and a gas can, among other clearly garbage and debris items, parked along the shared roadway easement. This remains a danger to residents of the block. The owner 2113 (owner of said trailer) continues to refuse to remove it.

The owner of this property has left a trailer full of trash, including hazardous and combustible materials (a gas can and yard waste) along the private roadway easement that is part of my property. He has been asked to move it and has refused. This is not only ugly and inconvenient, but a danger to myself and my neighbors.

Neighbors have not put their trash and recycling cans behind their house for this entire semester, and now there is loose trash all over their yard and the street from not securing trash bags appropriately. We have been very patient with this situation, but it is a health hazard now with loose trash everywhere and animals in the neighborhood.

Hello HAND / Neighborhood Compliance, I filed uReport ticket #[TICKET] today (Trash category) about 514 E Graham Pl, Bloomington, IN 47401. I am the owner of the neighboring unit, 512 E Graham Pl, together with Yan Wang. I am sending the photos by email because the uReport form only takes one image. Summary: household garbage is regularly left in bags on the ground outside the front entrance of 514 for days at a time, not in closed containers. Animals have torn into the bags on several occasions and scattered garbage across the front of both 514 and 512, and the smell carries onto my property. This has been recurring since at least late September. The Timber Ridge HOA manager, Mackie Properties, was notified in writing on September 30 and again on October 6 and has not responded. Attached are six dated photos: three taken on or before September 30, one on October 7 at 8:35 am, and two on October 8 (8:35 am, showing animals had been through the trash, and 10:35 pm). Two short videos from September are available if useful. I am asking for a Neighborhood Compliance inspection and a Notice of Violation to the owner and occupants of 514 E Graham Pl requiring the garbage to be removed and kept in closed containers until collection day.
