trash all over street, near building on 2nd, appears occupied, suppose to be sealed. Trash all th way over to the old hospital site

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Trash piled up against west side of building in full view of Runcible Spoon customers and staff. This is a recurring problem. Also, junk and broken furniture in the front yard, and couches *still* on porches after multiple reports this year.
