We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. This individual has left wooden planks and other miscellaneous trash sitting outside for several months at a time instead of disposing of it properly. At times, the wind has blown trash into my yard. There is clearly some interior renovation happening inside, but the actual work is far and few between. In the weeks/months nothing is happening, this is what it looks like. During the summer months, weeks would pass before the grass was mowed. All in all, the property is not being maintained properly. I have additional images I can share, but the uReport system only allows me to include one.

Trash is overflowing containers behind house (on Fairview). There are needles on the ground a few feet from a public sidewalk where young children pass by. They have been there well over a week. No one seems to be staying at the house right now.

Address is most likely 306 N. Jefferson. Many large black bags of trash in between the 2 buildings (302 N. Jefferson), but are against 306.

A collection of junk has been visible from the street (the E Second part of the property) for a very long time now. Maybe the owner can be asked to clean up the items in front of the garage doors.

My trash can had 2 wheels when I took my garbage out Monday night but when I brought them in on Tuesday one wheel was missing. It must have fallen of into the trash truck. Can I get a re-placement wheel or a new trash can? Thanks
