Neighbors keep leaving there trash can out in the street. They do this a lot I’ve called before and they were able to get them to start taking the trash cans back in after trash day but they seem to have forgot again. I had to pick them up off the side walk and set them in there yard. When the wind picks up they blow over and trash gets all in my yard. This is a constant issue where I’m getting there trash in my yard. I appreciate your time and hope to get this issue resolved. Thank you
