Old furniture, boxes and trash piled up on side of house causing pest control issues. Rats have been spotted coming from debris. This needs to be cleaned up or they need to be fined ASAP. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been reported multiple times and noting is being done but yet my son gets a warning for not pulling trash can back from sidewalk. At least they are taking out their trash and putting it where it belongs.
Check #209810. Same chair and table, be it folded, are still leaning against the hedge. Since April.

This abandoned mattress has been sitting under these shrubs for at least a month.
Homeless trash is still there after several citizens have complained. Pretty sure is is in the city right of way. What does it takes to get trash litter picked up on city property?

Bins still at curb well after collection. Bin is on 4th St. side.
