Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. trash on the embankment facing the bypass as your driving south going toward the bloomington hospital, on the right before 17th street. state highway said they reached out to the city for clean up a while back. it was cities area. thank you
