South College Ave, South of Kirkwood. Meter is frozen. Will not give time for quarters, buttons to add time to credit card unresponsive. Attempted to pay for 1.5 hours of parking.

the parking meter on the right is broken the tops off of it. And the parking meter on the left won't take clients. We put about a dollar fifty in and it stayed at 14 minutes. this is across from the Crazy Horse and in front of the hotel
