Hello, I am one of the owners of Scout’s Honor Pet Retreat located at 511 W 11th Street. Over the last few days we have noticed a growing camp of unhoused persons in the trees on the southwest corner of Rogers and 11th, right next to our facility. We have had employees approached being asked for rides and have noticed a lot of trash being left around. We are asking that this encampment be looked into for the safety of our customers and employees, the health of our business, and the cleanliness of the area.

Catherine did not pay the "unregistered fee" for $105.00 at this time because she doesn't understand how it could be applicable to her, and has requested that someone explain it to her. She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Crosswalk sign at 2nd and Rogers is not working. It’s the north/south crosswalk on the west side. People waited through several cycles and it never gave people a walk signal. The East/west one on the south side did seem to be working.

The ac unit is screeching so loudly it is a hearing hazard. Please fix this can be heard inside building all day!

RE: Lower Cascades South: Concerned that Cascades Park looks "seedy", not being well taken care of right now. Fountain looks "busted up" and trash everywhere. Also went by Karst Farm Park and saw people raking and cleaning up. Chose to rent the shelter there instead. Wanted us to follow up on this.
