Since it has opened, the new record store around the corner from Amrit India has featured live music performances of drums and amplified electric guitar music on Friday and Saturday nights on the sidewalk sometimes lasting past midnight. For residential units along Walnut and on 6th Street, the sound is an intrusion that prevents peaceable enjoyment of one's one private premises. Specifically, I can't sleep. It's not just unneighborly, it's a violation of Bloomington's noise ordinance. Perhaps the after hours ambassador or night mayor, or whatever the person is called now, can chat with the owners and suggest some other strategy for attracting customers. Thanks.

I would like to file this issue against the residents at 221 S Roosevelt St. I can only submit one photo here but I also have multiple videos of the noise and more dates and times logged. I live near this property and there is a huge noise issue. The residents at 221 S Roosevelt throw a party with loud music at least once every weekend and play the loud music into the night disrupting other neighbors. I have contacted the police for noise complaints multiple times but they often don’t get there for a couple of hours so the music keeps us awake. We have asked them multiple times to turn their music down but they continue to be disrespectful and disruptive. The music issue has become so bad that I try to spend my weekends living somewhere else so that I am able to get sleep before working all weekend. I cannot find any information on how to contact the owner of this property and am hoping submitting this report helps me find some way to resolve this issue. This issue of their noise and loud music makes living next to them incredibly uncomfortable and distressful. Also just clarifying again that this is a complaint about the residents living at 221 S Roosevelt St. Thank you.

Spectrum dug a large hole in the yard that hasn't been filled. Afraid that someone will fall in the hole. Tried to contact Spectrum with no response.

Made a left onto Lincoln from 4th toward Kirkwood 3-13-25 , probably about 12:15. Yellow paint spill from 4th to Kirkwood. Didn’t think a Lot about it. Thought it was dried. Looked like paint for lining the roads. Stopped at the grocery. Raised yellow paint on my tires, wheel wells and some on the bottom of the car.

Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. Broken sewer line. Been uncovered for several weeks. Outside building 9 near fire lane
