Other: We are concerned about the 2 junk cars (dark purple and white) left on the driveway of 1058 S Colchester Ct Bloomington IN that the owners do not use. Problem 1: The windows of one of the junk cars have been compromised and the junk car could become a source of rodent infestation. We spot dead mice in outdoor spaces in neighboring properties. Problem 2: Overcrowding of the cul-de-sac. The 1058 household has 6 cars altogether: 2 junk cars on the driveway, 2 more cars on the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the public areas of the cul-de-sac throughout the day and night, even though the HOA does not allow street parking during the night hours. Problem 3: The front yard is in disarray. There is thick growth taking over the front and side of 1058 and the grass is not mowed.
