Report a crime of a scam for a IU sporting event ticket of $126
Directly in front of One City Center on the 7th Street side, the ground has opened a large hole at the edge of the sidewalk that has gotten increasingly bigger over the past couple of weeks. It is very much a fall hazard, especially with the upcoming winter should the ground be covered with snow etc.
Multiple problems with the unit. Mold growth, the ceilings leak when it rains. No kickboard underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. No screens in windows. Rats. Upstairs bathroom, knob to turn off and on water sticks out like a mile long. Baseboard of wall upstairs coming off. Light switch in my boys room installed upsidedown. My boys window frame is installed completely wrong. You would just have to see it to understand. Floor is peeling up, that connects my living floor to my kitchen. Which mind you, I try and hide and cover, because they never installed a tack strip. Back door, at the bottom, is depleting. Like it looks like it's eating away at the bottom. I almost can't even put all in this complaint, that is wrong with unit. I would like to have a mold detector done on this unit, to prove that it's probably outrageous. My furnace in the closet was pretty much hand made, with a huge hole in the wall.
Requesting a Neighbor Compliance Officer to confirm there are only 3 unrelated adults living at this address, per recommendation by John Hewitt/ HAND. Owners of this property are Porter Lan, Zhen Li, and M. Brian. This request by me is due an unusual amount of cars parking on both sides of Eastside Drive in the northern half of the block since August 2024. Average daily amount of cars parked in this half block is 12.

Gray sedan, IN license plate #BGP885, parked right up at the intersection of Eastside Drive and Maxwell Lane on the west side of Eastside Drive. I’m aware that Parking Enforcement doesn’t work weekends, but I still wanted this information to be part of the data the city compiles. Thanks.
Multiple street signs and a fire hydrant were defaced with spray paint between 06-07 September. This is unusual behavior for the neighborhood.
Someone has left a car tire on my lawn. My husband says one has to pay to have a tire removed, but it isn't my tire. What to do?
Sunday afternoons, even in the downtown area, should be a chance the peaceful enjoyment the premises of one's own abode. Today, however, the noise from the sidewalk musicians who are somehow sponsored by the record store on the east side of Walnut just south of Sixth Street, makes any peaceful enjoyment impossible. I have my windows shut, even though I should be able to have them open on a day as warm as this, and even though the windows are shut, the noise is quite intrusive. Does Bloomington not have a prohibition against this kind of use of the public right of way? Don't you need a permit, or can any business just say: Hey come play the drums and electric guitar out in front of my shop? More maybe they do have a permit. If they do, they should post it so everyone can see that it is allowed. I understand a certain amount of weird noises are part and parcel of downtown living. But this seems like an abuse of the downtown public sphere. Thanks for whatever you are able to do to help make downtown Bloomington actually livable.
