Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. The railroad company has piled up a huge stack of railroad ties that smell *horrible*, like a mixture of gasoline and naphtha and creosote. It is chokingly noxious, maybe even an acute asphyxiation hazard. It is on the south side of the tracks, north of 12th Street right where Dunn Street ends. Does the City have jurisdiction over this? Can the railroad be asked to pile toxic products in places far away from residential areas? It can be smelled by residents in houses close by, and the stench wafts through the neighborhood at night.

Seeking record of my divorce from Jerry L Troyer. I'm embarrassed to admit I'm not sure of the date – believe it was 1977. I can only remember part of his social security number, but of course know my own. Ted Najam was my attorney. at Westfield and Willis someone has moved one of the no parking signs resulting in parking into the line of sight. Additionally, a guardrail on Westfield has been damaged and a dangerous I-beam is standing causing a hazard. And lastly, it appears that parking is allowd on Westifeld too close to the intersection causing a line of sight problem. Caller is Rob Feran 322-3479 call him if any of this info is unclear

Caller said this property appears to be underconstruction but the owner is allowing the workers to crash here at night. Also they are not using lead or asbestos safety practices.
