For multiple months there has been an eye-searingly bright yellow box truck with phallic graffiti parked at this address. Are commercial vehicles allowed to park for extended periods of time in residential neighborhoods?

Resident keeps putting food out near her property claiming it's for rabbits. The picture of a big slice of watermelon. She also claimed it was for rabbits and not the deer. This is defeating the purpose if she can get away with something like this. The offender lives at 400 E. Winslow Farm Dr.
My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Grass ally between 321 S. Davisson St. and 316 Buckner has a large tree leaning onto across the ally on to a walnut tree on 321 S. Davisson. From storm.
It appears that here is an obvious over occupancy at the above address. I counted no less 9 cars there on 6-23-24, and there is consistently at least 6 different cars there lined up and down the road, and several adults their on a consistent basis. This is obviously against code and not safe for visibility along that part of the road. I will gladly get photos if needed.

There are people doing drugs and sleeping in the mini barn in back of the empty house. I’m afraid and the police wouldn’t come out because I don’t own the property.
