I rent the neighboring property. There is a severe water leak at 819 S Graywell that has flooded my back yard which I am trying to divert into the street. American Leak Detection has notified the person residing here about the water leak coming out of the ground on his property is unable to respond/repair. My house is downhill from this and my yard and the neighbors are being affected.

We have a tree over looking our house that it’s dead. The limb is over the roof and I’ve asked multiple times to see if we could get this tree taken down or the branches.
At this address, they have a spotlight that’s shining right in our window, making it hard to sleep at night. It keeps popping on going through our window. If you could have somebody to look into this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
