He rents out to constructions groups and I bet non are related to each other . Why the city lets Jeff Jones make Bloomington ugly I’ll never understand . This property in Hyde Park is poorly maintained. Zillow estimates its value at over $1.2M The weeds in the lawn exceed the 8" height limit and there are some weeds in excess of 3'. The vacant lot next to it at the corner of Olcott Blvd and Taylor Court also is overgrown, is an eyesore and devalues the neighborhood.

This home has had a wrecked burned up car parked in the yard for several weeks . A fixer upper RV with tools for repairs for weeks, fenders, bumpers, vehicle paint jobs, and multiple vehicles parked frequently. Also tools everywhere. It looks more like a fix-it shop than a neighborhood private home. Could someone PLEASE go speak the home owner..

Retaining wall is collapsing. Large stones are now blocking the alley to vehicular traffic on the east side of the property. Other stones are ready to fall and are dangerous. Property owner was made aware of this a month ago, but has neglected to even pick up the stones, let alone repair the wall.
