The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. Landscaper could not locate the water meter for this location. The landscaping company is trying to split the irrigation from the meter at 1516 S Walnut Street.
On south High Street, there is a 3-4 inch hole in the (south bound)road way that is about a foot deep. I do not know how wide the hole is beyond the surface.
I work with 3 clients with disabilities. One in a wheelchair and their property floods and the property manager tried to fix issue but it’s a huge issue. I have to wheel my client out and it is sometimes way too high. Who can help with this?
