Other: The HOA at Wilmington Court is in need of reinstalling new wood timbers borders along the front of this building. We are not able to fit a timber along the front of this area because it appears this water meter cap has slid down almost to the sidewalk. The identical one on the other side of this entrance is quite a bit further up in the bed. Can we please have it looked at? Thank you! Abby Seifers, Wilmington Ct HOA Board Member
