Tbey let people in and install cameras so they can act like im on there property and mess with my car and say there pjtting drugs on it and follow me to my work at crakel barrle and keep putting some smart watch everywgere i go . And acusing me of having it yelling all night long like there in one spot to take heat off Roberto cuevas with his warrants and brandy macamie and us my insurance acting like i have hiv and stds with green ahit in my underwear .. there sleepimg with men for money acting like like its me in patkimg lots and i can give any address u need for the sales of wemon .. They google nest cameras in the house talkimg to me all night .. treating me taken my hair its in the water here shit and blood of theres and hair removal in all my hygen.. And stolen propty here .. Also my x said hes setting me up here in this house that its for Amanda carpenter . That ots a detecives house .. I go to work and here and meetings on camera amd they have me on live camera to tvs and peoples labtops and phones .. people drive by me make fun of me and hurt when im sleeping .. Telling me they will have me put back in jail.. This perosn has hiv trying to treatin me with it .. Gegs methadone or soboxen in my name and Apirl hendrson.. And hiv meds and alot more ..

Kinser Flats 1610 north Kinser Pike residents are trespassing on 441 West Gourley Pike. Leaving trash, needles, excrement' clothes. When asked to leave, they often get combative. It is not even safe to walk outside D/T needles, human waste and belligerent people. They have also done damage to the building. they have attempted to break in, cracking windows and tearing apart air conditioner units.

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.

I wanted to report that I have observed three individuals casing the cars in my neighborhood. Sunday night someone got into my car and ran down the battery despite my having tried to lock it . They left drink straws in the car. I have observed two individuals on bikes wearing hoodies working the cars at the Grant street inn. They come out and case the neighborhood typically between two and five and wake me up. I have observed them at least twice. This morning an older person perhaps sixty five white hair combed back blue “beater” t shirt and shorts was casing the cars on Lincoln Street. I left my car for two seconds to let my dog in and he was looking in mine. I saw him proceed down the street, not the sidewalk, and approach a car parked near the Presbyterian church. It looked to me as if it was either a police car or the community service officer suv from the color. It was the reason I decided to make this report. It’s one thing to be casing for money. It’s quite another to be interested in the contents of a police car. Obviously you would know if you had one there after nine this morning.

There are several issues: 1) Cars and frequently parked jutting into the alleyway or the city right of way, which is a hazard to traffic and also partially blocks exit from our garage. 2) Somewhere between 5 and 10 different cars come and go on a regular basis, some of which stay overnight at different times. Thus, the backyard is sometimes stuffed with cars. It's not clear who lives here and what the nature of the living situation is. For example, is this a community that provides mental health services to young men? If so, is it appropriately registered with the city? There is too much traffic at this property to fit a typical family or group living situation. I think there needs to be a welfare check or a visit of some sort by the city. 3) There still is trash stuffed underneath a blue tarp, including half of a toilet.
