SE stairwell is constantly dirty same pair of boots and other homeless belongings have been there for at least a week. Also constant drug use here. Finding lots of needle caps. Before long it will be just as gross as before it got fixed up
Signs downtown ask people to go to the city’s website for alternatives to giving money to panhandlers. But several of the links are inoperative. Not really helpful to people looking for options. Thank you
Mrs. Schlegel called to express concern over the scheduling of the BT Access. She apparently has had repeated problems with the BT Access coming late, and says that when she called into the office, the personnel in the office were rude to her by telling her she should call a taxi if she wanted to be picked up faster. Also, she apparently got the idea the staff in the office were telling her that using her disabilities do not warrant riding the BT Access. She commended the drivers however.

Dear city, I would like to send sincere appreciation for Hank Duncan of the city Pedestrian and Cycling department. He is highly creative and a real pleasure to work with - and is a true asset to the city for his willingness to be a partner in city bike safety. Thank you, Hank - and well done! Craig Medlyn, Bloomington Bicycle Club, Safety Director

Anthony’s Pets in college mall should be shut down. Animals aren’t being kept in good living conditions, it’s not fair to those poor animals..
There is a person living in their car on 300 w kirkwood by the frame store. They have been there for about 2-3 weeks now. Vehicle is a silver Volkswagen sedan. Can the city have this person move along or tow the vehicle? Definitely an eye sore out of my apartment.
