For several days, by the dumpster near garage 1, there has been furniture and other garbage not in dumpster. Check all dumpsters in complex as the people here create improperly thrown away trash. There is an apartment complex which has been in business for over thirty years that has had graffiti on the retaining wall for over six months. It is located at the corner of Fess and 2nd Street. I initially thought that the owners of the complex would do something about it but so far, nothing.
