7/3/24 our recycling was not picked up despite our bin being curbside since 7p the night before. It appears our recycling bin was skipped and the remainder of the neighborhood was collected.
Our recycling can went missing this morning- 4217 E. Morningside dr. It was there when I left for work- missing when I came home for lunch. Neighbors all have theirs.

I have a large amount of cardboard is it possible to put this with my bins. I understand if there is additional cost. The cardboard can be flattened it is just really large. Thanks for your help!
My garbage and recycling was just dumped into the same truck. I live on Spicewood Lane and saw this at 10:25 Aug. 1 Is my recycling being reycycled?
FYI: a random, non-city employee man, who had a dog with him, was taking cans out of the recycling toters on my street this AM. In my opinion, this should be discouraged.

I play softball at Twin Lakes where there are huge trash receptacles...but no recycling bins. This is a major problem because the only "trash" that gets thrown away are plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Honestly, there really only needs to be recycling bins there. I will be following up on this issue. It's really hard to see those plastic bags filled to the brim with things that will never disintegrate in a landfill.
