Tree limbs by curb and in gutter of road for days now. Honestly, it will stay there forever until the city comes around; the people living here are renting and do not care at all about appearance/neighborhood. Only if they are forced via fines.

I used green sticker on large paper bags for yard waste but they were not picked up. What did I do wrong? 422 E Dodds St. NO NOtice was left. This is the 2nd time this happened on recycle pick up day.

Resident called in upset that we didn't take one of her yard waste bags. She says that we every 10 times don't take something. She had bags of yard waste in plastic bags which our crew dumped the contents and left the bags. I explained that we can't put plastic bags in the truck. She says someone is stalking her and when we don't take her stuff it gets thrown all over her yard. She says she is disabled and can't bring it back in when we don't take it. She is going to file a "formal complaint" about it and wants us to make provisions.
There is a pile of feces next to the bus stop in front of my apartment building. Apartment building: 1715 N College Ave, bus stop for city bus line #1 (next to Steak n Shake on College Ave). The pile has been there for a week next to the bus stop covering on the sidewalk.
We sent the truck to this address on 01-12-17 to pick up the tree and it was not out.
