Hello, My yard waste bin didn't get emptied today (but trash and recycling pick-up went perfectly fine as usual!). Can someone send a truck to empty it? One of three yard waste containers was not emptied today. If it's because the can is broken, that's because the crew broke it on a previous collection day.
Debris filled yard and rat breeding area. This is a long time issue. Rats are now moving out to other areas in the neighborhood.. Poisen has been only partly effective. The owner is mentally incompetent.. The back yard also attracts the homeless: Namely Eugene George, convicted felon, who had a no contact order against visiting there but that is likely expired and he has been seen numerous times on the property trespassing. This person is well known the local police.

Dead tree limbs in alley between Palmer and Dunn
Terrible smell. An older man passed away last year, im assuming a younger grandchild lives there now along with friends. Smells Terrible. Could be mold or who knows what. Today, I slipped on their sidewalk due to wet grass clippings. The smell is concerning. As soon as the older man died, these younger kids moved in. Its a mess. I've been tempted to call but after falling today, im finally reporting.
