Electrical box that shares a space with a tree next to the sidewalk, is on the ground with exposed and frayed wires. Please see to it that this does not present an electrical hazard.

The sidewalks in the 400 block of East Kirkwood Avenue are filthy and in need of power washing. Ground-in food waste and street grime, and lack of regular, proper cleaning and maintenance are evident in this area. A deep cleaning would certainly improve the aesthetics of this block, on both sides of Kirkwood. (This is the biock with Greetings, Five Guys, Nick’s English Hut and The Village Deli on the north side, and Upstairs Pub and Raising Canes on the south.) Is this maintenance the responsibility of the City or the property owners? What can be done to improve the street appeal of one the City’s major pedestrian corridors?

Yellow curbs in front of 707 w 7th st are fading and difficult to see. Could use a touch up. There are several other neighbors curbs that could use painting as well

I have reported this twice, both times it was marked as resolved by Brighten Bloomington. The issue was never resolved fully. It is not only the recurring gravel that is an issue, it is also how far the plants are growing into the sidewalk. Even once the gravel is cleared, the plants still make the sidewalk less than 36 inches wide, so it's not accessible. Photo is from today. Requesting gravel debris is cleared and plants are appropriately cut back Previous tickets: 204346, 206276.

Culvert is breaking more, becoming less accessible due to larger gap between broken pieces, and wobbly pieces

There is a part of this cover that is loose and sticking up. I’ve witnessed two people trip over it. Please replace the cover if possible.

Followup 214411 You can understand I'm sure why I won't consider this closed/resolved till the sidewalk is repaired. There is no street trees causing the damage. Have you notified the homeowner? After a homeowner has been notified, how much time are they allowed to the work done? To one of my damaged sidewalk uReports the reply referred to a "list " Please tell me how many items are on the list and how high up on the list this one is. Thank you!
