While repairing the road and storm water drainage issue. The city workers damaged this curb with the excavator they were using. They came back and repaired other damage to curbs, but did not repair this damage.
Stretch of sidewalk barely exists and needs rebuilt - How did it get this bad when all the rest of the sidewalk on the street looks so good.
Sidewalk was removed last year and replaced with gravel. It is now a trip hazard.
The curb is no longer sufficient to channel water into the nearby street drain. 2002 Ashwood Lane is located at the bottom of a hill where water from all of the Ashwood development, in The Stands, flows. The curb has been eroded away, and the majority of the water now flows into the driveway before reaching the city street drain. The result is flooding in the driveway and property of 2002 E Ashwood Lane. The curb needs to be repaired or rebuilt to handle the flow of water runoff to appropriately reach the city sewer drain.
Downtown near Uptown there are unhoused people walking around in state of disarray, they leave trash and bodily fluids/matter downtown. There is trash in the planters on the street corners. It doesn't feel safe to be downtown. On the weekends and at night it is worse particularly during the summer. There should be a way to have compassionate policies and feeling safe at the same time. Mayor Thomson needs to do a better job of addressing these issues. It doesn't feel like a safe place and downtown needs to be cleaned up of all refuse. Thank you.
Rough section of sidewalk, between the indents in the asphalt and the raised cement square (utility?) patches. Was hard to navigate in wheelchair. This is southeast corner of S Clarriz Blvd and E 3rd St

Sidewalk between Cherry Canary and PopKorn is very degraded. The expansion joints in the sidewalk are crumbling apart and are becoming larger. Becoming a hazard for mobility aid (wheelchair/rollator) casters.
Huge hole on the side of the sidewalk- very deep. My dog was walking and fell into it. Please fill or repair . Red flag in grass in between two holes

"What is this blocking the sidewalk that used to continue in a normal straight line? Was it the idea of the new duplex builder? And the City approved it?" Thank you for your time.
