Sidewalk piece has began to rise up and protruding out of the ground 2 to 3 inches. With there being no bike lane I’m riding my transportation apparatus on the sidewalk. I wanted to bring this to your attention to see if it could get on the west of being fixed. Thank you so much for your time and consideration

There is an grayish (unpainted), stand-alone curb in the corner of the village pantry parking lot and 3rd st. Between the flat grayish surface of the parking lot and the flat grayish surface of the sidewalk. I understand this is to deter cars from cutting through the parking lot but I now know THREE PEOPLE who have BROKEN BONES because of this curb. Two were pedestrians ans one was on a bike. This curb is a HAZARD and should be at the very least PAINTED YELLOW to reflect this and hopefully prevent further accidents. Thank you.

The curbs and speed humps on E Morningside appear to have been abandoned after the installation contract was completed. The first ones near E Saratoga and others are overgrown with weeds. It's not a pleasing sight for making a first impression near the entry to the Park Ridge East neighborhood. Residents seem to have not accepted an involuntary expansion of their lawn maintenance responsibility into the right of way on a busy street.
Similar curbs near the park at the Park Ridge Road intersection are being maintained, maybe by city crews. Similar attention by the city for the other curb bump outs would be appreciated.
An alternate remedy would be to cover the area of the bump outs with stone or other low maintenance materials that would reduce the recurring cost of cutting grass and weeds.
A small tree planted in a bump out curb on the north side of E Morningside had its bark stripped off and branches broken last month, possibly by deer. Apparently trees were selected for planting without considering whether they have a natural resistance to deer. The tree had no protection from deer.

The fiber optics crew drilling lines damaged (crushed/cracked/dislodged) almost 40 feet of sideway from the corner of Second Street and Park Avenue. Who pays for this destruction?

Serious erosion of retaining wall supports of multi-use path at south east corner of intersection. The retaining wall erected to support the new-ish multi-use path shows significant signs of erosion, as the gravel piled on the path-side of the blocks used to traverse the creek/ditch under the path has washed away in multiple places, and the drainage holes in the large concrete blocks are now exposed. During the huge deluge in 2020, the block's in this area literally shifted. I suspect that another big deluge could shift them further, and collapse parts of the path. I have several images if you need them.
