Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:
Other: The southwest corner of 3rd and Walnut has a curb ramp that is too high. It's one inch and shouldn't be over 1/2." So if a person with a rollator is going to up that ramp, their wheels hit and it the top goes forward and the wheels don't go up. This happened to a blind person I was escorting. It needs an asphalt patch to smooth it out and make it traversable.
