A constituent called in today and asked that we revisit the sidewalk work that was done at 11th and Lindberg. He stated that this sidewalk was not repaired to be accessible per ADA standards. He has seen multiple wheelchair bound residents struggle crossing here.
Catherine Pierce (goes by Cathy) called in to complain about her neighbors parking in front of her ADA accessible ramp that is in front of her home (on the Fairview Side). The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out. A resident of Hoosier acres located on the corner of Christopher and Brown Ridge at 606 S Christopher Drive called in to make a complaint about excessive tar in the curb are on Brown Ridge. They stated the road was resurfaced and this was left behind. They would like this tar to be removed.
Sidewalk behind Bed Bath & Beyond on 280 N Gates Dr before Alexander Dr has two panels that are trip hazards. Believe to be caused by tree roots.
There is overgrowth reported extending to the roadway on the east side of South Highland Avenue where Wylie Street runs eastward into South Highland; the land itself is part of the Old Kinsey Estate.

The sidewalk in front of the first tree to the east of this address is raised up a few inches, creating a tripping hazard.

There is no yellow paint or other indicator near the intersection so people don't part close to it. As such, turns become tight and difficult, as well as there being an obstructed line of sight because cars are in the way. The request is that there be some measure put in place to prevent parked cars from clogging the intersection.
