On our Second Street sidewalk there are two spots that are broken and dangerous. Two neighbors have fallen and told me to call the City!

Random electric box in the middle of the sidewalk covered by a cone presents a tripping hazard and obstruction. It’s been this way for several weeks and I was hoping it would be addressed soon. Surely the cone is not the permanent solution?
