The residents of this address have multiple dogs that are not contained or secure on their property when the dogs are outside. The dogs have come onto our property and accosted our outside cats--most recently on 23NOV2025 at 10:50pm.

Owner got a dog a few months ago and does not allow the dog inside the house under any circumstances. As temperatures drop, this dog will be left outside all hours of the day and night just as it was last night. I am unsure if the dog is allowed into the unheated garage, but, the owner has openly acknowledged they will not bring the dog inside because they have cats and don't want to make their girlfriend upset. The owner was dismissive when asked what they plan to do in the cold months. This is a lovely dog that is being neglected regardless of weather.

The owner is still feeding outdoor cats. The other night I counted 6 skunks eating the cats food. The neighborhood smelled of skunk. This evening I counted 8 cats in her front yard eating dinner.
