Residents living at 212 E. Cottage Grove have been parking their vehicles on the lawn at the rear of 622 N. Washington St. (Complainant's rental property), causing lots of mud.

Resident of 715-717 S. Woodlawn (red brick duplex) is parking in the back yard on the grass. Complaintant thinks owner of car has street parking stikcer on car. Car is a white Ford Mustang convertible with Illinois plate # HEWSTW 1.

Richard Marshall, 800 Countryside Lane-#33371, has not paved his driveway yet. The house was finished over a year ago. He only has a gravel drive. He has 5 vehicles and is parking in the yard tracking mud & debris onto the road. There is no sidewalk in front of his house. The other neighbors had to install their sidewalks. He has been hauling in trees getting mud & debris on the road. Marshall is under an expired temporary certificate of occupancy.
